These terms outline the expectations for readers, creators, and partners who participate in the readerful community.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a readerful account or accessing serialized content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are representing a publisher or studio, you confirm you have authority to bind your organization.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use readerful. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Creator Content
You retain ownership of the stories, projects, and media you upload. By publishing on readerful, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content across readerful properties for the purposes of operating and promoting the service.
4. Reader Conduct
Respect fellow community members. Do not harass, infringe copyrights, spam, reverse engineer the platform, or circumvent payment flows. We may suspend accounts that violate these expectations.
5. Payments & Earnings
Transactions are processed by Stripe. readerful service fees are disclosed before completion. Creators are responsible for taxes and ensuring payout details remain accurate.
6. Intellectual Property
readerful trademarks, product designs, and software are owned by Ready Chapter 1. Do not use our branding without written permission.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove access if you violate these Terms or we need to protect the community.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
readerful is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready Chapter 1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when features or regulations change. We will notify you of material updates via email or in-product notifications. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
